GBFrustrated The first item I received did not work & had to be replaced. The process of explaining & getting a replacement was very frustrating & I got charged shipping for the replacement.

GBI was very pleased with the customer… I was very pleased with the customer service. Very helpful. Also think the product is absolutely crucial & easy to use. Ordering was fast & efficient. I highly recommend this for pet owners. They include 2 stickers & 1 car tag so people know you have your pet’s environment being monitored.

GBI love the program I love the program. One recommendation would be to have the ability to See if your electric was on simply by looking at the Home Screen. A Green or Red dot would be great. 👍

GBMy wagglecam doesn’t work My wagglecam doesn’t work. I spent numerous phone calls to customer support over three days and they did nothing but walk me through the instructions and it still doesn’t work. Now they offered for me to send it back at my expense for only a partial refund after printing a form. Without a printer, that’s not an option for me. I feel that I’ve been ripped off. Totally unacceptable.
