The absolute best customer experience I am blown away by the knowledge and responsiveness of the team at Fountain. We spend time to go over my labs and really talk about improvements I’m seeing. Neither is “glossed over”. I am able to communicate and questions or concerns anytime and receive prompt responses. I truly feel like I am getting care at fountain; not just medication

Texting seems funky at first, but I quickly realized how convenient and responsive Fountain is to all of your questions and concerns. Overall… amazing experience. Thorough and responsive Happy to have found this virtual clinic, especially one like Fountain that is tied to an individual doctor instead of a company. TRT can be a sensitive topic for men, and I did not know what to expect. Dr. Doron quickly set me at ease. Dr. Doron is thorough and thoughtful in his explanations and treatment plan, which we adjust according to my frequent blood tests. His staff can be reached via text; they always seem to be reachable, day or night, even on weekends. The Rx has been easily retrieved at one of my local pharmacies. I am feeling much better, and I highly recommend this practice.

LOST 25 YEAR OLD Absolute turn around for a lost 25y/o Did my own research and was convinced there was something wrong...constant depression, unable to build lasting muscle, severe fatigue after exercise and inability to lose mid section fat even with rigorous exercise and strict meal planning. After zero help from my PCP I finally got my own labs pulled and after less than stellar results I contacted fountaintrt. Absolutely speedy and streamlined customer service and Dr Doran answered ALL of my questions and there sure was alot of them but since mid June my test has doubled! My hair has stopped falling out my traps have popped, and the dreaded Man boobs are slowly disappearing and can finally make out pecs! Without even discussing with family they brought up my mood and energy improvements which was great. Absolutely worth every damn penny. Dr Doran and his staff are a class act!
