L300 Review … James Sloan did a great job educating me, fitting me, and guiding me through the process. I had been an 11 year endorser/advocate of BIONESS competition so this was not an easy switch for me. No device is perfect, but thus far, I am satisfied with my L300. Very excited with my Bioness! I am very excited with my new Bioness! At last, I can walk without stumbling every 10 yards. My confidence about walking is so much higher now. It took a week adjust, but after two months, I have become accustomed to using the calf/dorsiflexion cuff and the thigh cuff. Katie and Erin, the PTs who trained me on it, have been quite thorough and answered my questions. I have found the investment has been well placed. Footnote: I have MS, and back issues, and it has worked for me.

Ryan is absolutely superb Ryan is absolutely superb! He has always made himself available each time we needed assistance. He has been very patient with me as I learned how to use the device. Fees that you are responsible for if you return Rep that I met with was excellent and took his time to listen and set me up based on my needs. The only issue I have is the restocking charges. &600/unit is a bit extreme. This was not even mentioned to me as I was signing all the papers. Not fair. Different when you have someone there guiding you through everything and different when you arenon your own. Wouldnt recommend otherwise
