GBNo kit recieved Yet !? I ordered the test kit a week 1/2 ago. Still haven't recieved my order. So at the moment, my review is one star at best.

GBI did get my kit very fast I did get my kit very fast. I sent back the kit with everything they asked for. I am now waiting for my results.

GBA bit confusing The test kit was affordable, shipped quickly, and easy to order! The instructions were a bit confusing (regarding labels and “if applicable” verbiage). I am also still waiting on results, and unclear about how to retrieve them from the patient portal. I was only able to find mention of the portal in the FAQ’s - no obvious link on website. When I attempt to set it up it, I receive an error message that states “invalid phone number.” Hoping additional directions will come via email, as the results may not be ready yet.
