Shambolic system: good idea but woeful execution of it Delivery of the home test kit is quick and efficient. The website (linked on emails you receive) is slow, amateurish and confusing. Registering your home test kit is a nightmare - use the link they send by email, as any other attempt (eg via Google) just takes you round in circles to irrelevant Corona sites from gov,uk. Registration is only possible with a smartphone - not explained by the site. Home test kits are almost impossible to obtain via online application - why can't the Government sort out this shambles ?? Boris is good at waffle and inventing useless slogans that other parts of the UK reject as confusing and laugh at. Why cant he tell his minions to get their act together ??
