GBKnowledgeable staff, great program, need funding options… The Envita customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was excited to hear about the program for Lyme, but very disappointed when I heard the cost. It’s very frustrating to have an answer in sight and no way to fund it.

GBThe Envita staff are there for you! I have been in contact with the Envita staff from the onset. Each person I talked to on the phone made sure I had their name and phone number so I could call them at any time with questions or concerns. And I have called them numerous times and each time they have answered the phone immediately. Not once did I leave a message for them to return my call. I have never met a more caring staff then those at Envita.
