SHE REFERED ME TO SUPPORT (KRISTY) WHO WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL, POLITE AND WAS ABLE TO WALK ME THROUGH FORM MCS-150 AND GET IT SUBMITTED SO EFFICIENTLY. ALSO, I HAD ACCIDENTLY PAID FOR THE WRONG SERVICE SO RICHARD CAME TO MY RESCUE BY VERIFING MY TRANSACTION AND ALSO WALKING ME THROUGH THE CORRECT PROGRAM MY COMPANY NEEDED. SUCH A WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL STAFF!!!! THANK YOU FOR BEING SO PATIENT WITH MY FIRST ATTEMPT. I HOPE TO DO BETTER NEXT YEAR.
