GBNo confirmation of order I placed an order 6 days ago, the payment was taken straight from my account, However, I am yet to receive any confirmation. I have attempted communication 3 times through your “contact us” section online, i have had no response. I have order previously with yourselves and was very straight forward, which is why I returned as a customer. Going forward I would not choose your site or recommend.

GBDon't buy this product!! Bought this product from my dentist, followed the instructions exactly as stated and it made no difference at all!!!!! I emailed the company and as yet have heard nothing from them. Very disappointed!!!!

GBItem never arrived If I could leave 0 I would, I ordered the item a day after a colleague at work ordered theirs. They received their order over 2 weeks ago, I'm still waiting.....so as I haven't received it I am unable to leave a review of how good it is.

GBorder not arrived Ordered from USA around 21st June: it arrived at Heathrow on 25th June. It is now 11th July and tracking shows that it is still in London. I complained 2 days ago but it has still not arrived.

GBIt was a waste of money. I used the 44% and it didn't do anything to whiten my teeth. I used it exactly as the instructions said. I guess it must be old. There was no taste to it like I expected. I will be purchasing another brand.
