AUTotally satisfied with Salipen! Well, first of all allow me to say that since the first time I used Salipen, my saliva came back in about 30 seconds. Then, I started using Salipen three times a day, for 5 minutes, and it has lasted, at least, from five to six hours, meaning that my dry mouth symptom has been getting better and better with this miraculous device that has been invented by Dr. Andy. CA from Adelaide, South Australia.

GBI think it is an interesting invention I think it is an interesting invention. Unfortunately I cannot use it because I have erosive oral lichen planus and my doctor does not recommend my using the Salipen. I wish you could invent another device that does not have to be "stuck" into my gums.

GBI wish I could say it has worked better I'm having a very hard time with my Salipen. I've talked twice with Dr. Wolff as well as with my dentist and my rheumatologist about ways to make the device less painful. Nothing has really helped very much. The electrodes are too sharp; even using some of Dr. Wolff's adjustments (coating them with toothpaste, for example) did not make it manageable.

GBStill waiting for long term relief I have been using Salipen 5 times a day for 5 minutes per session since March 2019. It stimulates salivary flow when used, but the effect does not last long. Over time I have seen a slight improvement in mouth dryness. Overnight, I still must sleep under a sheet to create a micro-environment with enough moisture that I don't wake up from a dry throat. I am hopeful that ongoing use may rejuvenate salivary flow.
