GBDo not waste your money Do not waste your money. Save your time and money. Go somewhere that cares. I did not agree with the first doctors recommendations. I requested a new doctor and was told they were going to review the consultation and get back with me. No sense of urgency or understanding even though my child has a super High fever and just needs an antibiotic for sinus infection.

This us my second time as I come back to them for consultation. Honestly I tried to go yo Urgent Care and took me so long after waiting 3 hours I give up because I am sick and not feeling well. So I decided to go online again and I know doctors are busy during this time but still I am comfortable staying home while waiting. Got my prescription and doctor’s note. Thank you again to all the staff and to the doctor that helped me. 👍

GBDo not trust these guys Do not trust these guys. Not only will they charge you for 3 months minimum, but they didn't sign my doctor's note, resulting in me potentially losing my job.

GBBe careful, this is a subscription service! We called TelerainMD because my wife urgently needed a dentist or a doctor who could assist managing the pain of a toothache. They were able to get us on a saturday in touch with a doctor. However, they did not tell us on the phone that the service was a subscription rather than a one time cost. The process of cancelling is difficult, cannot be done online and requires another $40 payment.
