Excellent customer service Excellent customer service with online chat and our Smileie Advisor (Brett). The impression kit arrived promptly and the instructions were clear. We had no difficulty creating the molds. Treatment has not started yet but so far, this has been a wonderful customer experience.

Not very happy right now Not very happy right now. Did my impressions which cost $50. more than others charge. They came out pretty good but they weren't happy with them. I have to do over and pay for more putty..$25 more. Why should I have to pay more? What if they don't like these? Then another $25? Should lower the price of the impressions. I think I will pass on these..
