GBAccused me of lying that my package arrived empty I ordered whitening strips, my package was packed by home teeth whitening and delivery made by amazon. My delivery took a long time to arrive as the tracking showed it was redirected to the amazon depot for an unknown reason. When my package arrived it was an amazon evelope with just a ripped invoice inside and no whitening strips. HTW then did an investigation and declined to refund me saying the package was filled when it left the facility. At which point I say well isnt it possible that something happened once it left the facility, namely with the amazon delivery given that it went to their depot, was in an amazon envelope and the invoice was ripped. This all suggests it may have been opened somehow. To which the helpdesk person kept telling me amazon cannot open and relable parcels, accused me of lying and threatened legal action against my false claim. I called Amazon who confirmed the package was damaged and repacked into a new parcel, which shows that clearly the item went missing and all they recovered was the invoice. After showing this to HTW all I get is a copy and paste email saying they are sending me new whitening strips, no apology or gesture… staff must be a bit clueless to not think of investigating with the delivery company before accusing me of lying. Awful experience

GBDelivery did not turn up initially but sorted out quickly Delivery did not turn up initially, however they sent out a replacement quickly. I believe the product is very good, but only just started using it - seeing results already. Order no #1290265

GBFast delivery and extremely helpful I made an order with Home Teeth Whitening and my order was dispatched next day. Through no fault of their own the delivery company were unable to deliver my order. Home teeth whitening resolved the issue immediately and re sent my order for the following day! Would highly recommend

GBBe Warned My experience with this company has been awful and will never purchase from them again. I wasn’t fully refunded for a delivery that they advised me to refuse receipt of. I’d realised that I’d made a mistake with my order and immediately contacted them via the chat bot and contact form to cancel it but they ignored and dispatched it anyway. I received a reply the following day from “Jessica” at Customer Services advising me to refuse delivery and to let them know if I chose to do this and they would then refund when they received it back from the Post Office. This is what I did but no refund was made at all until I chased it up. I’ve just been refunded by my bank for the balance that wasn’t refunded by the company, but I had to raise a dispute to do this. I sent numerous emails to their Customer Services prior to this and sent a complaint, which I received no reply to. I urge anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to think twice about it. I suspect that they are not based in the UK as the payee details on my bank statement show Teethwhite Abu Dhabi.
