Seamless Chex has made everything in… Seamless Chex has made everything in regards to receiving payments easy. I have never had to leave my house to receive a payment. The customer success team is amazing. Darren is my point of contact and she has been extremely helpful, especially when I was having issues.

On Line Chat Support - Chris & Zach I am a new account holder and was new to Seamless Chex. In setting up my account I chose to use the chat function on the website as a quick way to do the setup and help me save time. Chris was very professional and worked quickly and easily with me to achieve the final setup which I appreciated very much. All the backend support from Zach was very streamlined and easy to follow. Looking forward to utilizing Seamless Chex as another payment method for my customers to use.

Jesse spent 40 minutes answering my… Jesse spent 40 minutes answering my questions in Live Chat on a Saturday morning. He had concise, accurate, informed answers for all my questions. Cleared up a few small technical issues my IT Guys had overlooked. This is the third time I have used their Live Chat and every time they have been responsive, patient and informative. The Live Chat agents really fully understand the Seamless Chex product.

Jesse's the s**t - ONLY offensive word, I promise! ;-) I love how this says leave out offensive words. Those are reserved for PayPal and eBay, not you guys haha. I always have an amazing experience with the customer service. I feel like I'm ALWAYS bothering Jesse, poor guy, but he is an amazing help every time. I've even been contacted directly by Doug once in the beginning to clear up an issue. Any problem is always taken care of right away. Everyone I have dealt with is polite, efficient, and helpful, and if I don't understand something they take the time to explain it. So far, So good, guys! Keep it up! -By the way, this is Megan, Mike's wife. The guys sell, I'm the secretary, so i'm always on the computer...

Ive worked with many companies like this Ive worked with many companies like this most customer service dont know what they are talking about. Most of the time i get help for what i need that moment but there is one specific man that helped me and explained everything so i can really understand and benifit from this chex thing.
