Direct quote from a Judge calling into my office once it was finally transferred "Your phone service is horrible". Oh, and just after getting a call with the owner, Robert, he told me he was bringing up all of the recorded phone calls - SURPRISE! First time I heard of this- that's illegal in the State of Maryland where our firm is based out of and if he's recording phone calls from my office this is a HUGE PROBLEM.
