Three times they over charged me and… Three times they over charged me and ran unauthorized charges on my credit card. Unresponsive and unhelpful tech support. Sub par messages. Direct quote from a Judge calling into my office once it was finally transferred "Your phone service is horrible". Oh, and just after getting a call with the owner, Robert, he told me he was bringing up all of the recorded phone calls - SURPRISE! First time I heard of this- that's illegal in the State of Maryland where our firm is based out of and if he's recording phone calls from my office this is a HUGE PROBLEM.

Great Service!!! I have a solo law practice in Missisisppi and have limited staff. Great answering service I have used Answering Legal for a couple years now and they are amazing.
