FMLA MD - Highly Recommend! I was in need of setting up FMLA with my work due to having to care for my Mom on more regular basis. We had just recently moved my Mom out of state and were in the middle of establishing care for her provider wise. With that, the FMLA docs were becoming a bit of a burden due to being in between providers. They promised to upload my federal form… They promised to upload my federal form in 2 business days. It took over a week for them to refuse to fill it out even though it worked with my employer. I was fired and double charged from FMLA md. It is a scam and do not use

Paid for a consult Paid for a consult. Then Requested a refund for the extra fee they have to fill papers for employer, since I never got the papers filled. No refund. Pay a real doctor, cheaper and reliable.
