GBI really appreciate the in-home therapy… I really appreciate the in-home therapy that Luna offers, and Cody is wonderful! He is prompt, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, listens well, and devises exercises that work for me and that help me get my shoulder movement back. We have done several sessions & I have never had such a good PT before, and would recommend Luna and Cody wholeheartedly.

GBI would give Luna PT zero stars if I… I would give Luna PT zero stars if I could. A dear friend of mine was in hospital for over 1 month. Luna contacted us both about scheduling PT at my home ( where he is rehabbing). We both returned calls, over 2 weeks ago, and they said he wil start PT that week, as they’re finding Therapists. Since then? 1x per week, they text him saying they’re still looking for a therapist. What the heck? I’m doing PT and going to get him to my place. He’s been seeing a friend/therapist in the meantime, since Luna Therapy is a complete failure at their business. I believe that this company has the absolute worst customer service and booking services. I read the reviews, and the ones with 1 star all say same thing. They do not know how to do bookings, drop the ball, and are awful. They truly need to re-think their business and customer service model. Shame on Luna!!!

GBWe LOOOVE Luna!!! We have been using LUNA for years and absolutely love them! Especially with so many viruses afoot, there is NOTHING like physical therapy at home. Plus, when you train at home, you can learn exercises that you can do alone between sessions. We highly recommend Luna and the care they give!

GBThe therapist is excellent she finds to… The therapist is excellent she finds to ways to use my daily chores with doing my exercises. She is just wonderful with her expertise qualities. I feel she is helping me a lot for the pain in my right hip, I'm almost 88 years old and they will not operate on a bad hip and he has helped me with the pain.

GBI am having knee replacement surgery… I am having knee replacement surgery this week and am supposed to start PT 24-48 hours after surgery. My surgeon referred me to Luna but I can't get anything with them for the foreseeable future. First they put me on a wait-list but because no one took my case, they dropped me from the list. My surgeon's office contacted them and after getting dropped from a call, they begrudgingly set me up with someone two days after my procedure. Then I got a call today saying that because I was outside the therapist's area of work, my appointment was cancelled. I was finally able to get connected with someone but it still feels somewhat awkward. The fact that I have a bunch of bands and equipment from previous surgeries so I was ready but I felt like the therapist may not have been fully prepared for my session (it only lasted a little over 30 minutes).
