Slow Did not meet delivery date (ordered on Saturday, kits arrived on Thursday). They blamed Royal Mail for the delay, however separate government test kits arrived within a day using Royal Mail so clearly the delay was on Claret's side. The impact of this is that we missed our day 2 test window and had to isolate for significantly longer than expected.

They will take money, will no deliver kits and will not respond. I had to pay second one and I can not believe they are on the government website so disappointing.

No response, no refund, nothing Unfortunately, they did not cancel my appointment for a LF Test as asked to do when I sent an e-mail to hello(at)pcrtest.co.uk. They do not take the phone either (called several times in the last couple of weeks...) and I have not received a refund of the 49pound I paid, although I cancelled in advance (which cancels the contract after the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013!). Absolute no response nor information! Disappointed :(

Very helpful and professional A very helpful and professional company. I had a problem with misunderstanding part of the procedure when returning into the UK. The agent sorted everything for me over the telephone. I would recommend Claret Diagnostics and will be using them again myself if required.
