Placed an order November 7 Placed an order November 7, 2023. Received an email that the product was shipped 11/14 (Package says 11/13). Tracking number would not work. Emailed company on 11/18 with no reply. Emailed a second time with no response. Called and left a message with no reply. Finally received product 11/24. This is the longest I have waited for a product and that no one replied to my emails (says emails will be answered within 24-72 hours) or phone call does not look very good for the company. This is the first time I have ordered with your company and I am not very happy with the timeline and no response.

Love this product!! Product arrived very quickly and was packaged securely. I have used the collagen sea moss facial serum a few times since I received it and so far I love it! Bought this product for my mom (81… Bought this product for my mom (81 years old). I’m hoping it helps jump start her deficiency recovery. Prescription pads in the wrong hands should be considered crimes against humanity.

“Expedited shipping” ?? How can I give a review when I still don’t even have the product I ordered back on 12/4 and paid $10 for “expedited” shipping which was not a choice- and clearly not expedited. Tracking says 12/18 but who knows…
