GBDifficulty Renewing/Customer Service Poor Helpful, but the phone connection to the customer representative who answered the phone was not only very poor and choppy, but she had a heavy accent and soft voice, so I could hardly tell what she was saying. I had to ask her to spell the promo code repeatedly and all she kept saying was “all caps” after repeating the word that I couldn’t hear. After asking what benefit come with the promo code, she said none. (??) I was renewing and feel like this call I made was not helpful. Also, the confirmation link didn’t arrive to my email for at least 10 minutes. I finally closed mail and reopened and it even arrived. Please make this process more user friendly and explain more info on your site. Thank you!

GBThe process was fast and easy The process was fast and easy. Thank you. I loved the chat option. The website stated I would receive the rec immediately in my email. I did not. But I gave the chat box a try and they stated it would take up to 20 minutes. Very courteous and informative. Thank you.
