GBAllara has given me my period back Allara has given me my period back! Working with a Dr. and a Dietitian has given me deeper insight on what works best for my body through nutrition and supplementation. I love how Allara holds me accountable to reach my goals! Cannot recommend Allara enough!!

GBDissapointed with all the supplements All they want to do is add supplements. They must be getting some sort of kickback because every appointment they are suggesting a different supplement. It's not even good science! Don't change every variable - change one thing and see what works. The nutritionist won't give a meal plan or work with you to build a plan. They set goals and tell you to check their book. I joined when I was desperate and without a doctor, but the supplements they've given seem to have only made my symptoms worse.

GBThe experience was great from the… The experience was great from the start. The Allara website was the most user friendly I've ever seen - especially within healthcare. It was easy to see what steps were next and what I was waiting for. The doctor I met with was extremely helpful in walking me through each test results from start to finish. Nothing was 'wrong' in my labs but she still explained each one and gave me next steps to follow up with my PCP on.

GBI needed help with perimenopause, but the DR. said she couldn't help. I reached out for help with perimenopause services and was told that this was indeed the right place to get these services. Unfortunately, when I paid and then met with the doctor, she was surprised since she said they only work with PCOS and not perimenopause. I have been asking for a refund for over a year to no avail. The customer service person has been fractious. Beware--they want to make the sale so they misrepresent services.
