GBExcellence!!!! Every time I have to have an interaction with any company, I hold my breath. Not with Invigor. I had to change my subscription today and true to form, Courtney was all over it. Got it done for me immediately even with a special request. Yes, they are a little more expensive than some of the other Telemed companies but their customer service is so worth it! GBAwesome communication Spoke with representative about ‘status’ display issues on my account. My status had moved from ‘Consultation’ to ‘ Prescription’ after I was approved for program, however later when I accessed my account again, the status reverted back to ‘Consultation’. The representative couldn’t determine why but confirmed with Pharmacy, my prescription is there. She’s writing up a ticket for IT to check into this glitch. I’ve nothing but great things to say about the chat agents… the 2 I’ve had were both awesome!! Very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and patient. They answered all my questions and handled my concerns.
