Kind and professional staff, great experience! My experience with Aura has been fantastic so far. Everyone I interacted with at each step of the process was really great, extremely kind and professional, very patient and explained clearly what they needed me to do. Also, I really feel that Aura staff members never try to rush me, which is usually the feeling that I have everytime I interact with healthcare professionals in the US, so I feel really great about it. I also feel that the team is really listening to what I tell them, that they really try to co-create the program with me, and that there is no shaming nor pressure in the way they approach things. I also like how in-depth their analysis goes, and how thorough the information gathering has been, which gives me confidence that they really have a holistic view of my situation.

They were proper concierge service that made it very easy for me to work with my travel schedule (off every two weeks and constantly on last minute meetings). I was tested for dozens of biomarkers I otherwise would not have looked at which made me find a few health changes that I needed to make.

Extremely valuable early warning I did not expect that in a gentle way I would be told that my blood pressure was very abnormally high. I called for an appointment with my regular physician who told me to come first time the next morning a gave me various prescriptions which worked. But having this early warning was extremely valuable.
