Their batteries are total garbage Don't waste your money on this garbage,their batteries are total garbage,the first one I bought lasted a month,the second one a week and then like a dummy I bought one more to try and use up the pods I bought and it took one charge and quit.All three times they did it without notice and left me with bad cravings.

I hate the Vuse Alto I hate the Vuse Alto. Makes me cough my head off, even with the lowest nicotine content. The FDA has ruined the vaping experience, which I think was probably their goal. If only the federal government could be so effective at shutting down right wing extremism. But they’re not even trying to do that. They’re just screwing with the vaping community. Donald Trump started the assault on vaping. Vapors should never forget it.

Just purchased my usual Grape Ice pods Just purchased my usual Grape Ice pods. On opening (ie making it too late to return) I saw that the colour had changed completely. I then proceeded to puff and the taste is totally different - not pleasant. Contacted customer services and said that if the flavour had changed, they should make this clear on the website. They couldn’t really care less. Will be finding an alternative

Vuse really sucks Vuse really sucks! The pods leak and burn your lips and tongue. They sell them when you can obviously see the oil is burnt and tastes awful, but because its a tobacco product, you can't get a refund. Some pods don't work at all. The prices have gone up so much, that it would be cheaper going back to cigarettes. Pack of 305's is $5.++ one pod works out to $8.++! Plus I'm sure the cigarettes will work evertime. Vuse offers coupons on their website, but you can't use them. That doesn't work either. Of course they won't mail you any coupons that you can actually use either. They absolutely SUCK!

Goodbye to VUSE & RJ Reynolds Been a Vuse customer for almost 2 years. Shipping has been a nightmare (30 days +), quality has declined horribly (every couple 2 packs have at least 1 pod that does not vape or leaks) and the subscription service has been an on again/off again fiasco since it started. The topper has been availability and the enormous price increase. Goodbye VUSE and RJ Reynolds, forevermore.
