GBNjoy Njoy, why can't you improve the quality of the Ace pods? Your "claim" of being concerned about bad product is totally bogus. I've contacted you numerous times and it's basically "too bad for you". LOOK at all the complaints here! Per the response from Njoy; I've emailed you, gave you my old account number, copied and pasted numerous previous orders and YOU claim you can NOT verify my age or identity. I had ordered from you on a regular basis until you claimed yo were prohibited from shipping to New York. I've been purchasing locally since then. You abandoned guaranteeing your products!!

GBBeen a user since 2019 Been a user since 2019. No problems at all for the past two years until the last few weeks. (Except for discontinuing blueberry/watermelon early 2020.) Ever since the end of august/early September, Everytime I buy menthol pods, they’re brown/not clear and they taste absolutely horrible from the first hit of a brand new pod. Idk what the hell happened but I’m not wasting anymore money on these pods if they’re not gonna be the normal clear menthol pods that we all loved.

GBBattery already won’t hold a charge… Battery already won’t hold a charge bought 3 different packs of pods also (my bad) because I thought it must of been pods not working. I think it’s the pods and unit , pods leak and 1 week old device doesn’t charge. Be nice if they would make things right. I work hard for my money .

GBEVERY single pod leaks now EVERY single pod leaks now. its disgusting, smelly, messy, expensive, and unacceptable. They're all brown and taste gross/burnt immediately. I buy a new device pretty much every day thinking that may remedy it and it leaks in 3 minutes each time. loyal customer since their inception 3/4 years ago when their products were second to none in the quality control department. I don't even feel like i have a choice but to find an alternative. very upsetting that this is where we're at.

GBPods not working Somebody should take heed to all these comments, it is obvious the quality of the product has declined! I sent an email about the exact same thing, pods not working and customer service wanted so much information and not willing to issue a refund without providing my protected data, even after I provided picture I’d with DOB. Get your act together!
