GB2 thumbs up They have good prices and free shipping over 100. Everything came as ordered. I always check this site prior to ordering from a new website and I saw a lot of complaints about shipping but i was willing to take a chance bc thry had somejuices i cant find anywhere else. I noticed on the vape website they disclose that their shipping may take longer due to regulation changes and being unable to use conventional shipping companies. I was ready to wait, but surprised to get my juice in about a week, which is sooner than i expected. They had good email communication about the order. I will def use this site again.

GBWhat a mess!! After inquiring the status of a week old order that had already been charged to my credit card, I was told the items were out of stock They offered a substitute. I refused and requested a refund and to cancel the order. Not hearing or receiving a cancelation confirmation, I made a second request. Both recieved no reply. When I did hear back, the order had shipped. Unfortunately I had already made another purchase from another vendor. West Coast Vape offered no explanation or compensation. My advice is to avoid doing business with WestcCoast Vape.

GBPlaced an order and got confirmation… Placed an order and got confirmation email. Order never arrived. Did not get tracking number. I have tried to contact them by email, and by the three telephone numbers that I could find. Two numbers went to full voicemail boxes and the other was for a medical company that has no relation. I am cancelling my credit card payment as I believe they may be out of business.

GBFake products THEY DO NOT SELL AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS. I purchased the strawberry from NAKED100 series from them and naked company couldn’t verify that this product was theirs. It tasted straight up like molded strawberry and the previous bottled that I got from authentic websites didn’t taste anything like that. They didn’t respond to my email but they indeed emailed me the tracking number for the order. I tried to contact them again via email to inquiry about the product but they didn’t bother responding

GBMore than 2 weeks after I paid for my… More than 2 weeks after I paid for my order in full I contacted them to find out why my order hadn't shipped out yet. At that point they email me back saying their fraud system had a issue with my order and needed verifying. I sent them a picture of my face and my ID showing I was the person who ordered it and my id matched my card info. They still canceled my order anyway. I'll never order from them again. And I previously placed orders with these people for the last 6 years. Disgusting customer service and horrible business practices.
