GBPlaced an order and got confirmation… Placed an order and got confirmation email. Order never arrived. Did not get tracking number. I have tried to contact them by email, and by the three telephone numbers that I could find. Two numbers went to full voicemail boxes and the other was for a medical company that has no relation. I am cancelling my credit card payment as I believe they may be out of business.

GBDO NOT BUY Promises 72 hour fulfillment time, doesn't ship for 5 days later, and the package doesn't show up to the shipper another 5 days after that. They use a "consolidator" shipper that takes another 5 days to "consolidate" the shipment. All in all going on day 15.. no package or tracking update insight. Customer service could care less.

GBSCAM 100% Thought they were great then they sent the wrong product. Asked me to send pics of the product and packing slip, then assured me they would begin the process of getting the order straight. Right away I sent the pic and I have not heard another word. I emailed them 4 times now to ask to please send me a label to return the wrong product to them and receive my correct order. Nothing. Now they have my money and I have crap I won't ever use. Filed a charge dispute with my bank and next I will take legal action as I work for attorneys more than happy to help. Scam, 100%

GBWestcoast Vape, my go to Vape Supplier I've placed 3 orders with Westcoast Vape. My first order started off as a disaster. The delivery was awful. HOWEVER, Westcoast followed up with my issue and kept me updated on actions they were taking to fulfill my order delivery and I did get it! They resolved this issue. My subsequent 2 orders went without a hitch. They even made a couple of last minute changes to my orders I requested. Bottom line Westcoast Vape is a great Vape supplier with great a selection of products, great prices and WONDERFUL customer service. I plan to be a long term patron... Still batting 1000! Keep up the good work Westcoast Vape. 👏

GBMore than 2 weeks after I paid for my… More than 2 weeks after I paid for my order in full I contacted them to find out why my order hadn't shipped out yet. At that point they email me back saying their fraud system had a issue with my order and needed verifying. I sent them a picture of my face and my ID showing I was the person who ordered it and my id matched my card info. They still canceled my order anyway. I'll never order from them again. And I previously placed orders with these people for the last 6 years. Disgusting customer service and horrible business practices.
