They put in the HTLM PR (Puerto Rico) As PUR in USPS screenshot. No State ever has 3 letters and they obviously had no idea. They will then ask for the other 50% so they can "validate" Please stay away as possible I lost $300 but if I can save anyone money I'm happy.
