The provider we chose to go with (TSYS) has been true to their word and our charges have never increased in 7 years. A couple times a year somebody solicits our credit card business and they always come back saying we should stick with the deal we have, it can't be beat. All in we pay <2%, no gimmicks. I strongly urge any business owner to use Ben's service so you can 'set it and forget it' regarding future solicitations.

The credit card processing landscape is... shady to say the least but he breaks it down and connects you with processors he has pre-arranged terms with so you know the playing field is leveled. I've been with CardFellow since 2013… I've been with CardFellow since 2013 and they have always gotten very competitive quotes. Our local bank wanted to quote our business. When we showed them our merchant statement they did not even try to quote us because we are getting such good rate. CardFellow is always fast to respond and very informative about the ways you can best lower your processing fees.
