Wrong flavours!! Useless customer service!! I ordered 3x watermelon lemon + 2x banana milk They have sent me 5x mango peach watermelon! W.t.F ?? customer service useless - no answer !

Last 2 orders totally sent the wrong items so raised an issue 2 times and no one contacted me even after giving me a complaint number, avoid this company as the customer service is terrible and can’t get in touch with them. Avoid buying

Poor customer service Ordered some products that never arrived and customer service was shocking they replied to my first email to say they would look into it then just blanked every single email since then. I ended up having to go through the chargeback process with my bank to get refunded which took months so I would personally avoid!

AVOID BUYING FROM THEM Sent out order missing items. No way to contact them. Email address on website says it does not work. Contact form is useless as they dont reply.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!! I ordered £40 worth of disposable vapes. They arrived quickly but were the wrong flavour. I emailed customer service, who eventually replied, asking me to return the items and I'd receive a refund. I checked with Royal Mail, and they received my parcel 3 weeks ago but I still haven't got my money back, and they're not responding to my messages. Nothing but con artists. You may as well throw your money down drain
