GBOwners NOT TRUSTWORTHY Unbelievable, very unprofessional. I had a long history of ordering coils from this company, I have the unfortunate experience of ordering two boxes, and one of which don’t work correctly, the owner and I wrote back-and-forth trying to solve the issue, then he finally told me to just go ahead and sue him instead of doing the right thing and helping me solve this problem. I even was about to order more from this clown in addition to empty tanks for another vape device I had. You know what, I’m gonna cut and paste the conversation between us so that you can see what kind of person you’re going to do business with before hand….. you’ve been warned!!!! Seller says: “SUE ME” Wow, that’s your response! Holy 💩 buddy, I am I gonna have a blast with your reviews! In addition to the extra coils I wanted to order, I was also wondering if you had empty tanks for sale from SMOK for the G-Priv RMP 2? Sure you wanna go down this business route, I really like doing business with you, but I’m not gonna do business with anybody that treats me like garbage and tries to wiggle their way out of something because they want to try and save a buck. Meanwhile, you’re losing 100 from this customer, doesn’t make much sense to me buddy so I’ll give you another shot. Do you really want to do this cause I’d really like to continue doing business with you but again there’s plenty of other Distributors out there. I just like to continue having the relationship that I’ve established. I’m very disappointed in the response. I’m getting to a complaint that is not only accurate but completely acceptable…. Tell you what, never mind what I’m gonna do is I’m gonna order another one from you using my business address and then I’ll just switch the boxes and return it to you. GBsweet deal just got the new yocan uni pro plus.they had it out the door the same day.[for free] the price was 28 bucks so SWEET deal..the vape is made of the same stuff as the uni pro 1..but with a 900 battery so great hit and last for a week or more..thanks dvp

GBSuperior customer service Purchased two Pulsar PHD pens, and ran into a challenge with one unit. Logging an incident report with DVP was simple, and initial response from the org timely and appropriate. As we worked thru the first concern, the second unit had a one-off issue. No worries ==> stellar customer service yielded quick resolutions to each issue. Kudos to Mark in Customer Service for diligence & patience.

GBThe prices seemed too good to be true The prices seemed too good to be true; and there was only a 5 day return window. I still made a purchase. I bought 2 vape pen batteries, both the same variety/make. The first one was faulty out the box and stopped working within days entirely. The second worked great out of the box but also stopped working and wouldn't charge or operate within the first week and a half. So that 5 day policy and their cheap prices are because they're not worth it.

GBScam artists First the website let me order something that was out of stock and I had to change my order via email. Next I paid 12.95 extra for express 1-3 day shipping and it took 5 days. The site also recommended I buy a power cord which ended up not being the right one. I asked for a refund on the shipping or a store credit and was told shipping time is an estimate.
