Zippo Crackle 1941 Purchased 2 units of Zippo Crackle 1941. The service has been great, questions answered within 2 days and dispatching is fast. Could not give 5 stars because i am disappointed upon receiving a regular inserts which are not the for replica's 1941. They told me their inserts are all the same.

I contacted customer service, and they turn out to be as dishonest as described by many others here .. Im happy i purchased using paypal, if my order never arrives, ll get my money back eventually.
