CARING PROMPT RESPONSE I was truly desperate. Our Ralphie came to be part of our family about six months ago. He was not socialized & reacted poorly to my friends & other dogs. The worst of it he seemed to have severe allergies which were unknown to me. I tried doing research on my own & started cooking hypoallergenic veterinary recommended meals at home. It didn't seem to make any difference. Continuing my search I came across your organization through Amazon. After ordering the test I sent it in expecting nothing much. To my surprise you responded & followed through as promised. Upon receiving the results I was unsure what some of it meant. So I wrote & within hours I heard from Chloe. Shady It felt deceptive, first because the (U.S.) website really makes it sound like you will have your result days after you mail it and it is intentional that nowhere on the website does it indicate the additional 3 weeks of time it will take for your results to make it from Houston to the UK. It is intentional that there is no mention of the UK. It felt very odd calling and hearing a recording of a person with an English accent and then have the call answered by the same person. It felt like a small business with little credibility. I almost felt like the accent was fake, too, sorry. So after talking to someone and finding out about the shady lack of mention about an additional 3 weeks, I started reading reviews and regretted buying these tests. The test results surprisingly came days after talking to the person and now I don’t even know if I can trust them. I wasted $90 on two tests and $10 on tracked mail as recommended by the company.

It took a little longer to get the results than I had anticipated, but I did not realized that our sample went to a central place in the US and then shipped to the lab. Once the sample was received at the lab, our results were available within 48 hours. We had searched and searched for something to give us answers as to why our dog was losing her hair and her skin was so inflamed. This test was our answer and we were able to remove the food from her diet that she tested highly reactive to and she is improving each day! We are so thankful we found this reasonable option!!
