GBLove these people I have been ordering from Tobacco Stock for years an have always been pleased with the quality and price of what I ordered. Recently due to no fault of their staff , USPS lost? our order. (Since Dejoy took over the USPS he has single handley ruined the service in my opinion.) When I notified Tobacco Stock of the issue they resolved it promptly . I had paid an extra dollar for insurance on my delivery The insurance was with Route and they have been prompt and professional with resolution. I couldn't be happier with Tobacco Stock . GBFantastic! A++ I have used Tobacco Stock for 2 years. I had to contact them 1 time in 2 years because my order was delivered to the wrong house. Not their error, because I purchased the very cheap insurance they immediately shipped me out a new order at no cost and it arrived next day. My original order was left on my step with a note saying it was delivered to them by mistake. I emailed Tobacco Stock, they sent me a label (for free) so I could return that order. Today I couldn't find my tracking email, Tobacco Stock sent me a picture of my email and the tracking info, my order was delivered a few hours later. Highly highly recommend. Fantastic prices and customer service. You have a customer for life!

GBI have ordered hundreds of dollars of… I have ordered hundreds of dollars of tobacco from them this year - it's never crushed or dried out... And every time it gets out here to Montana in about a week...

GBI personally APPRECIATE honesty I personally APPRECIATE honesty. I recently experience where my order was over looked, therefore delay was eminent. Here comes the appreciation part … Tobacco Stock was honest enough to admit their fault and rectified the situation, with satisfaction for me. On the other hand when I ordered from “cigarette outlet” They decided to omit the fact, KNOWING before placing my order that a delay was guaranteed. In other words … They knew prior to taking my order that they could not for fill the order accordingly. Immediately following, when I placed the order from “cigarette outlet,” I received an instant message saying the order will be delayed, for who knows how long. It was after the 3rd day and no word of when my order would be shipped, did I cancel that order, with cigarette outlet. On the other hand … Tobacco Stock, takes responsibility without excuses if, a delay has happened. The other company gave me a sob story that honestly should not be my problem. I was not happy knowing the other company KNEW orders were behind and didn’t state that prior to accepting an order. Tobacco Stock has Global black brand pipe tobacco that for me? IS comparable to Marlboro. Which I smoked for 30 yrs so I am not compromising taste for cost. Also hot rod tubes. I’m trying TOP premium tubes this time because of a lower cost. Shipping is less expensive as well from tobacco stock.
