GBRefunded my order beyond cutoff I had ordered a sub ohm vape for around 40 dollars and had changed my mind a few days after. I contacted customer support and they refunded my request within a few hours. Thank you very much for refunding me on such short notice and you’ll have my business again. :)

GBSuper Fast Shipping, Excellent Selection & Unbeatable Prices I'm very impressed with VaporDNA! I was hesitant to order my vape juice and supplies online because in the past, the shipping time has been ridiculously long with other companies. Not the case with VaporDNA! I received my order in just under a week & I'm all the way across the country. The prices were very competitive with other online stores and much less than local vape shops. The selection was impressive. They carry anything needed for vaping. I purchased several bottles of e-juice, 2 boxes of coils and I ordered an extra tank just in case mine breaks since the price was unbeatable. From now on, I'll be buying all my vaping supplies from VaporDNA!

GBStay away they laugh about their customers First order they took almost a week to ship, apologized about the holidays bla bla bla. So I decided to give them a 2nd chance, it is almost the 2nd week and they still haven't shipped it claiming that there's "unexpectedly delay". 2 freaking weeks! Because of this I returned to smoking real cigarettes. These guys laugh about their customers and couldn't care less. They're worse than any governmental office.

GBI actually had a problem with VaporDNA… I actually had a problem with VaporDNA when I placed an order and it wasn't shipping. I contacted several times over a week and a half and every time the same jerk responded with the same pasted in reply that didnt really respond to my inquiry. I was about to write this site off forever but I wrote one last email and was lucky enough to have a different agent answer it. She solved the problem but the way she solved it made me a lifetime customer. Now, everytime I order I remind them all that they owe the order to the work of the good agent. I've referred a bunch of friends here and they all rave about the service so they must have gotten rid of the jerk.
