GB8 days since shipment not received yet Its been 8 days since I got an email saying my product has shipped and I check the tracking every day and it’s STILL sitting in preshipment and has not left the post office to be shipped yet. It’s really annoying when you get a notification saying shipped and then over a week later it really hasn’t even been “shipped” and it’s still sitting in the same place. I can tell you one thing if this is a regular occurrence I definitely will not be buying your products again. I’ve got the worst anxiety I’ve had in years and could have really used this this week but instead I’ll be using my med card and going to the shop.

GBIt's Always Something The last two orders i placed never got fulfilled and had to call to find out. When they finally sent the second order it was only half and had to call again. While customer service are helpful, each order has been a hassle. I've been trying to make an account which also has been an issue. I'll be looking for another service.

GB2 orders in the past 2 months still not… UPDATE: I have received a tracking number for my order and 2 calls that I have not answered as I did not recognize the number. When I receive my order(s), I will update again. 2 orders in the past 2 months still not received. Money has left my account the same day after each online order. Several emails and calls to rectify this. No communication. Great product. Horrible customer service.

GB1 star to 5!! Not only did I receive the orders I placed in the last 2 months, I received 2 free items for my inconvenience!! Communication took a bit. CALL THEM!!! Sydney was amazing and focused on my satisfaction. I will return as a customer and hopefully, these issues with post offices will be resolved. From 1 star to 5!! Thanks again.
