Even in light of our pitiful USPS… Even in light of our pitiful USPS response time in making deliveries, items do arrive in an acceptable time frame. Plus, it's not PodnMod's fault. It's the management of the postal service.

Modpod doesn't manufacture blu pods, so I can't fault them for this funk. They responded to my review, which shows good customer service. I'm Waiting for the response to the email I sent. I tried to order pods from this… I tried to order pods from this websites. Due to some unforeseen factor I needed them to be returned. I emailed them request a return and refund which was within the 30 days window of their return policy stated on their website, they have refuse to honour their end of the deal with some BS covid excuse. It's clearly they are unprofessional at dealing with returns for their customers and I hope to warn others they are an fraudulent website and stay away from doing Business with them. Scam scam scam!!! Don't buy from them ever!!
