GBI signed up for the subscription box… I signed up for the subscription box over a month ago paid for the box and ive got nothing. I've emailed and tried to contact the company and still no reply so at this rate I don't know what to do. Do I seek legal now as they took my money. I'd like to know what's going in but I don't see that happening..

AUMy ONE and ONLY vape shop! ❤ Just when i thought customer service from this lot couldnt get ANY better! 1. Ran out of my fav flavour for a few days, when i was due to reorder (2nd time as a customer) so i got something the very fast responsive team suggested, and what do i get? A FREE bottle of my favourite flavour from one of the team members PRIVATE STASH! 2. Iv had free samples with handwritten 'thankyou' notes. All that, the AWESOME flavours, the quick AF delivery (international) and the fast responses from customer service gives VAPEBOX 10stars outta 5.. Good work guys 👌

GBSalt I've used Vape-Box in the past and my experience has been good. I had the enthusiast package before. I started using Salt-Nic and was hoping to find a similar package for Salt users. I know from past experience that the enthusiast box from time to time get exclusive Vape Box gear like the Christmas box special VB exclusive mod but nothing for those of us exclusively using Salt. I did appreciate the free pod mod I got for signing up, but I only see that as a sign on bonus. I know Salts are still a new thing, I'm just saying. I don't want the exclusive if it's not Pod/Salt, and would like to have an enthusiast Salt package.

GBService done right! In one of my monthly boxes I received a mod that didn't work. I tried several sets of batteries and anything else I could try. After contacting vapebox support staff and talking with Russell (fantastic service) a couple times, we got the issue resolved and a replacement headed to me and he had me back to vaping without issue in NO TIME! This was the first time having any issues with vapebox and Russell made the experience better at every turn. I look forward to giving my money to Vapebox for a very long time. And would recommend this company to ANYONE.
