Okay Juice, Poor Customer Service and Shipping I have been a customer for about 2 years and find their vape juice acceptable at best but good enough to repurchase (only because the juice on the market sucks and I am tired of manufacturing my own juice). However, I am not going back to them because their shipping and customer service is HORRIBLE. Their shipper doesn't notify you when they are coming they just show up (or claim they did). On my last order they made two unannounced attempts before 7 am in the morning and found it odd that I was not able to answer the door in time before they ran off. The drivers reason was she was late for her other job so she came early in the morning. (That sounds like a "you" problem, don't make it a "my" problem) On the order I am currently waiting for I contacted customer service and asked that they call me to help me determine where in the shipping blackhole my order was. Of course they responded via email and said the shipper will notify me when its out-for-delivery. And then tonight I get an email that stated Apr 23, 2024 5:42 PM Attempted Delivery: No One Avail Sig Required 1st Attempt It goes without saying I was not notified that it was "Out-for-Delivery". While, I don't want to call them liars, they are liars. I was home at that time, no one knocked on the door and no-one rang my RING DOORBELL and there is no footage on the RING DOORBELL showing anyone coming to the door or ringing it. So either they made it past the Ring Camera motion detection the covers the drive way and made it past the Ring Doorbell motion and doorbell detection or they went to the wrong home or they are liars. There is no 3rd possible option.

Verifying ID I sent a copy of my ID and they rejected it; sent it to their "verifier" and finally there was no problem....however, I can understand why Vaporfi needs to be extremely careful not to sell to under-age customers, so I may have been a little harsh on my 'stars' NOTE: I should have started with the fact that this is the ONLY place I can find accessories for my vape pen......it's old-fashioned, like me, and I appreciate that they have these products and hope they don't discontinue them. (I worked with the 'old' company for years before they merged/changed names) So, I'm up-grading my 'star review' from 2 to 4. The transaction was great, except for the ID and the Shipping Charges.
