The order was received promptly but the incorrect color was sent in error. I emailed to make them aware of the problem and they very quickly shipped me the correct color at their expense, telling me to keep the originally shipped incorrect item as a back-up. Great customer service and prices I got a UFO induction heater and it started malfunctioning within a week. I emailed Stash Shack and they got back to me very quickly and the unit is being replaced. Excellent communication and their prices were the best I found on the internet. I'll buy from them again with confidence.
