Shipping Great, flavor not so much... As far as shipping and confirmation, absolutely great. As far as the actual product, I’ll be honest it left a lot to be desired. The “Bold Tobacco” was far from any tobacco flavor I’ve ever tasted. I’ve smoked cigars, cigarettes, pipe tobacco, even rolled my own in a stripping room- this is definitely none of those.

Favorite company for my vape juice. Love love this company and their products. My favorite is the Banana Dragonberry Salt and the Dragonfruit Menthol Salt. You can tell it is quality e liquid and nicotine. Also the customer service I received on an issue I had was resolved very quickly which was awesome. I am always recommending solace and there products!!

Better late than never. Ordered and paid for six items but only received two. Emailed customer service and received no reply. Anywhere else this would be considered theft! Update: company did eventually reach out and make things right.

Best in the business!!!!!! I have been buying Solace nic salts for almost 3 years and it is at the very top of the best made the flavor is unmatched and quality is as good as it gets. Shipping is always on time so I have absolutely zero complaints.... wish you would of kept the peppermint patty tho that was one of my absolute favorites so that’s my only disappointment.

Some of the best customer service They have some of the best customer service I have experienced with a vape company. They took care of me even though I ordered their products from a different retailer. Solace went above and beyond in order to make sure I was a satisfied customer, and I definitely am! They responded and took care of my issue very quickly and professionally. I absolutely love their salt nic e-juice and I'm just happy they have the customer service to match!!
