Needless to say I was extremely disappointed. Friday night, called their # and got VM. Sent live chat and 20 minutes later response from Support Rep Gina: super nice and apologetic.. and on friday NIGHT. Saturday morning received tracking (expedited) for a complete replacement, and it arrived MONDAY - perfect condition. Hits like a train :)
