Due to non delivery of 3 cartons of… Due to non delivery of 3 cartons of Marlboro I was advised that a refund would be made to my bank account at the latest 24/08/21. NO REFUND HAS BEEN MADE BY 27/08/21. I am waiting on a response as to why the refund has NOT been made.

It seems a little, but the amount saved in a month is quite noticeable. Delivery usually takes place within 3 weeks(very rarely, when a little longer), and the quality of tobacco is good, which is typical for stores. I make the payment online.
