When I was concerned about shipping, I emailed Chris and got a helpful response a few hours later. I also throughly enjoy the ejuice I purchased from them, overall a great experience and fantastic customer service!

Giant selection Great service Excellent shipping I initial gave a bad review due to confusion on the email for customer support. I was upset I received the wrong order and never got a reply. I had emailed an old address but was contacted by the Owner on my old review. I am very happy now my order was corrected. I only order online due to distance of the stores from where I live in Ohio. They’re the only ones that sell my favorite juice no longer available near me. The juice is also cheaper here than the store I used to get it from in Ohio after taxes. They have very fast shipping. I have always received my orders within 2 days after the order date. Will continue to order from on a regular basis.

We're sure going to miss our deliveries... Having recieved notice that as of today (3/1/21) we will no longer be eligible for delivery of vape supplies, I am sorry to lose this rescourse. Vape Escape has delivered great service and product in a most timely way. Thank You!

Great customer service! My favorite juice is not available to purchase anymore in my area, so I thought I’d order it online. I have found that Vape Escape is a great company, with customer service that goes above and beyond! My product arrived today and it’s great. So glad I was able to find it!
