GBMy Molly has been using your Itch… My Molly has been using your Itch Relief for about four years. It’s the only thing that calms her itch down. GBIn December of 2023 In December of 2023, my order was delayed for 3 weeks because it was addressed un-properly or mislabeled and sent back to you. The progress I was making with the itch relief was lost and has yet to be recovered. I have an elderly dog and this was the first product that was showing progress. I'm pretty disappointed that this occured. I'm still hoping I can get his skin issue under control. That is why I only gave 3 stars.

GBI have been a PetScy customer for… I have been a PetScy customer for years. I purchased extra itch relief on one of your sales, So I called to put a hold on my account for 3 months. I was told that you couldn't do that, I'd just have to discontinue my subscription. I did discontinue, as instructed. Now, I have resubscribed and I get emails, inviting me to come back. If I'll come back, I'll get 20% off for life. I did resubscribe but I am not getting the 20% off. I received an email asking me to send the email that told me I'd get 20% off for life, which I did, but still haven't received the 20% off. I do use Itch Relief for my Bichon, and have been pleased. But, I feel all the emails to "come back" means that you don't know that I am a customer, and haven't honored the 20% for life.
