Very easy ordering and great vapes! The ordering was very easy! I was able to find exactly what I wanted. The price was great! Shipped and made it to my house within 5 days!

Bad customer service They have a horrible 5 day return policy even for products that are acting dangerously and could cause fire or explosion. They have yet to give me any discounts for doing video reviews as promised. First sale was great but after the sale they are not good.

waste of time Placed an order, got cancelled because they don't ship to po boxes. No problem, placed the order again with an alternate shipping address, cancelled because the id pic I uploaded was expired. OK, uploaded a new id pic and placed the order for the third time. Cancelled for unforeseen reasons. What a waste of time!! 3 days later, after messaging back and forth, my only options seem to be to deliver to home, which with anything delivered here has resulted in lost or damaged packages, or to a box at the UPS store, apparently the general pickup option won't work nor would other pickup locations as they are within businesses. I already have a po box that any other UPS or FedEx parcel can be delivered to without any issue what so ever.

The company got back to me within a day and my order came mere days after that which was amazing! What got to me most was free shipping!!! I also got a free item so that rocks. Thanks Nexus smoke! 🩷😍
