I’ve been ordering from this company… I’ve been ordering from this company for about a year now. I’ve never been disappointed, only thing I’ve ran into is sometimes my favorites are sold out. This company actually called me after I placed an order to let me know one I ordered was O/S and what other flavor would I like and they added one for free. Amazing company and wonderful customer service! Keep up the good work!!

Amazing customer service Best place to order vapes hands down. UPS dropped the ball and left my package “at the front door/porch” which i was told upon speaking with a representative. They did not ring my bell or anything and I live in a apartment building. Needless to say my package was gone. I spoke with vapemarkdown who I’ve ordered from numerous times with no issues always fast shipping and great products. They immediately rectified the situation and sent another package out. The customer service is amazing and I feel so bad that they have to go through situations like this with ups. I will never use anyone else to order vapes because I appreciate great customer service and they provided A plus customer service.

Cannot vouch for this company enough Cannot vouch for this company enough, it really sounds too good to be true but it’s not. They are very helpful to every individual customer and have been especially helpful to me. They send out orders surprisingly fast and as one of the other comments mentioned offer compensation for orders that are not able to be sent out as soon as they should. Great products too, anything dysfunctional ever sent out is refunded. Again, can’t vouch for these guys enough.

Vaparmark down is terrible I ordered a Mother's Day gift from this site sadly the package was eother lost or stolen and we never received it. When I reported it to the company they replied with a nasty reply all but saying I was lying bc I didn't know if the package was stolen or slow soo I gave it time to show up after mother's day came n went I reached out. I was rudely told to make a police report which I did then ghosted by the company... go local it is worth paying the extra 20 bucks
