Customer Service Have used them for supplies and disposables. My last order had an issue, it was held up in US customs for a couple of weeks then confiscated by USPS. I think the problem was caused by the shipper they use but not really sure. Health Cabin let me know about it and ultimately reshipped the order. Good customer service although it took a while to resolve since they ship from China. I'll continue to be a customer.

Truly special customer service The customer service at HealthCabin is truly something special. When my local post office in USA failed to deliver my package, HealthCabin messaged me the same day out of concern, even though it was nothing at all to do with them. On a previous order, they helped me put together a cart with expiring sales prices and pre-order items to help me save on shipping. In all my years of shopping for vape products, never seen anything even close to this level of support.

REAL DEAL! After Fasttech, this is the best overseas company to order from! I received my first package within one week with UPS at the end of 2023. Airmail packages take approximately 2-4 weeks. After the first package arrived so quickly I started ordering more frequently. Parcels arrive like Christmas. I've received 6 orders total from them already and have a few more recent orders daily tracked. Everything is of the highest quality.
