GBI didnt received my package I didnt received my package I haven't received my package, and it's been a week. I wouldn't recommend this service due to the lack of contact information. Without a way to communicate, it becomes stressful, especially when you've paid for a 2-day delivery and the package hasn't arrived. The products are decent, but the communication gap makes the overall experience less than satisfactory.

GBtracking? I ordered a box and was wondering how I could track my order and know what day its supposed to come? it was a subscription for the Mystery Box I just don't see an option for the tracking of it. When I go into order & tracking it says I don't have any recent orders, which is weird cuz I just added it as a subscription. Edit: Problem was dealt with the pack is nice I think I got like more than what is the minimum. Some good strains tray is cool mine was getting dirty cuz it doubles as an ash tray. Worth

GBSuper stressful Admittedly I messed up on my shipping address and I emailed like the website said I did the report a problem and I haven’t gotten to a single human being to respond at all this is super stressful. It sent back to you all with no word of what’s going on with it or my request. I just want my box at this point.
