I ordered what I wanted and it was… I ordered what I wanted and it was delivered on schedule with no problems. However there were no manual or instructions. But it was just a pipe/lighter built into one. So not too hard to figure out.

I had a defective piece and when I contacted the company to let them know, I was responded to immediately with a kind and quick email stating they would replace the piece no problem and will send a new one out "tomorrow". Wow! Super great customer service! I have yet to receive the replacement but I'm excited to return to the company for more products in the future.

Disappointed Every food item I ordered was expired and the quartz tubes were advertised as a 5 pack but only arrived as a single.
